Replacing seized rear suspension arms:
Adjusting the toe on the rear wheels is accomplished using the rear tie-rods. However, most likely they have rusted so badly that they are impossible to adjust. A simple solution is to replace them with a set purchased from Twos-R-Us. The new units come with everything you need, removal and installation is straightforward, you will need a torque wrench when installing the castle nuts.
